EXPERIENCES IN BODY, ENERGY, AND MIND Mindfulness is a skill that allows us to be less reactive to what is happening in the moment. It is a way of relating to all experience—positive, negative, and neutral— such that our overall level of suffering isreduced and our sense of well-being increases. The inquiry into our inner processes is explored through a depth awareness of what is happening in the present moment. This includes an awareness of our feelings, sensations, subtle energies, mental processes and their expressions in our physical body.
